Filtering Interventions

To filter interventions:

  1. Select Filter .
  2. Choose the filter you wish to apply. Available filters include:
    • None
    • Due
    • Overdue
    • Scheduled
    • Unscheduled
    • With warning
    • Open
    • Initial
    • Phone Call
    • Joint Visit
    • Key Safe
  1. After choosing a filter, the Filter displays in orange and contains the title of the filter that you have applied .
  2. Only interventions that match the criteria of the chosen filter display on the Caseload Management screen.

To remove a filter:

  1. Select Filter .
  2. From the drop-down list, select None.
  3. The filter is removed.
Note - Only one filter can be applied at a time.
