Filtering Interventions
To filter interventions:
- Select Filter .
- Choose the filter you wish to apply. Available filters include:
- None
- Due
- Overdue
- Scheduled
- Unscheduled
- With warning
- Open
- Initial
- Phone Call
- Joint Visit
- Key Safe
- After choosing a filter, the Filter displays in orange and contains the title of the filter that you have applied .
- Only interventions that match the criteria of the chosen filter display on the Caseload Management screen.
To remove a filter:
- Select Filter .
- From the drop-down list, select None.
- The filter is removed.
Note - Only one filter can be applied at a time.
